Our Coaching Philosophy
ADL Hockey was built on one idea: development happens fastest when training mirrors the real game. Every drill, every off-ice session, and every camp day is designed around situations players will actually face on the ice.
We focus on game speed, hockey IQ, and instinct — teaching young players to read the play, adapt under pressure, and make faster decisions. It's a hands-on, high-repetition approach delivered in a positive, competitive environment.
Whether it's a first skate or a step toward the next level, our goal is the same for every player: build real, transferable skills that show up when it matters.
Meet Anthony
Head Coach · Owner
Anthony De Luca is a professional hockey player born in Quebec, with success at both the major junior and professional levels. He played in the QMJHL with the Rimouski Océanic, tallying 209 points in 202 games over his junior career.
At the professional level, Anthony has won championships on the international stage — the Challenge Cup in England with the Sheffield Steelers, and an Austrian championship with EC Kitzbühel.
Today, as coach and founder of ADL Hockey, Anthony draws on the breadth of his career — from junior success to professional experience across multiple systems — to help players develop skills that transfer directly to game situations. His approach turns real competitive experience into training that improves game speed, scoring instinct, decision-making under pressure, and overall hockey IQ.
